A four-time PAC champion in the 400-meter hurdles, a three-time PAC champion in the 100-meter hurdles and a two-time PAC champion as a member of Westminster’s winning 4x400-meter relay, Kushner was named to PAC’s 60th Anniversary Team in 2014.

Kushner was the female WESPY (Westminster Exceptional Sports Performances of the Year) award winner in 2006, 2007 and 2009. She earned the WESPY in 2006 for capturing PAC championship titles in both the 100 and 400 hurdles. The 2007 WESPY once again went to Kushner, who repeated as the PAC’s 100 and 400 hurdles champion with times of 15.55 seconds and 1:06.97, respectively. Her time in the 100 hurdles established a new conference championships’ record. Again in 2009, she earned the WESPY for winning both the 100 and 400 hurdles at the PAC Championships. The Titans won their second-straight PAC outdoor title in 2009.

During her time at Westminster, Kushner was involved in the Sigma Kappa Sorority and earned Dean's List recognition as an education major.
