Titan Sports Hall of Fame
David was a two-sport standout for the Titans, lettering four years in both basketball and baseball. He was one of the top rebounders for the nationally-ranked Titan basketball team, while pitching a no-hitter for the Titan baseball squad. David earned the Armstrong Scholarship and held a 3.3 GPA. He was also a member of Sigma Nu fraternity and the math honors club. He currently works as an operations manager for Rubbermaid, Inc. He is also very active in community service, serving as a United Way board member, Treasurer of the Co-Operative Extension Board and working as a Youth League Coach. He and his wife, Cheryl, have two children: David and Angela. They currently reside in Greenville, N.C.
