LATROBE, Pa. - The Westminster College men's soccer absorbed a 1-0 loss at Saint Vincent Saturday at Bearcat Field in Latrobe. The Titans fall to 6-5-2 on the season while the Bearcats improve to 7-7-1.

Dave Lauteri scored the game-winner in the 14th minute on an assist from Mark Mastriano, who assisted on the Bearcats' second goal by Luis Rodriguez in the 19th minute.

Jim Boland snuck in a late goal 25 second before the end of the game on an assist from Matt Fecik in the 89th minute.

Titan junior goalkeeper Christopher Passione (Valencia, Pa./Mars) gave up the three goals while making six saves and facing 15 Bearcat shots.

Westminster out-shot Saint Vincent, 23-15, as Bearcat goalkeeper Greg Walsh gloved seven saves for the win.

Junior forward Andrew Saporito (Irwin, Pa./Penn-Trafford) and senior forward Blake Ordell (Clinton Township, Mich./Fraser) led the Titan offense with four shots apiece.

Westminster returns to action for a conference match Tuesday at Thiel, beginning at 4 p.m.
