BEREA, Ohio – The Westminster men's and women's track and field had select-members compete in the Harrison Dillard Twilight Meet at Baldwin Wallace Friday evening.

Graduate student
Megan Parker (Mercer, PA / Mercer Area) continued to shine breaking her own school record in the shot put with a cannon-of-a-throw of 47'11.25" (14.61m.).

"The meet at Allegheny and Baldwin Wallace were good kick starts for the push for NCAA," said head coach
Tim McNeil. "The men improved their 4 x 100 time at Allegheny.Â
Megan Parker continues to rewrite the record book, while
Amon Sams and
Shamar Love are climbing the NCAA list."

Junior
Emma Rudolph (Santa Clarita, CA / Golden Valley) earned a third-place finish in pole vault with a mark of 12' ¾'' (3.68m), while
Jessica Fatigati (McDonald, PA / West Allegheny) placed seventh in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.10.

Amon Sams (Chantilly, VA / John Champe) with juniors
Shamar Love (Bridgeton, NJ / Bridgeton) and
Ryan Beard (Murrysville, PA / Franklin Regional) placed runner-up in the 4x100-meter relay, clocking in at 41.35.

Westminster will next compete next week at either Ohio Wesleyan or Rowan.
