Dye second in high jump at Baldwin Wallace

BEREA, Ohio--Sophomore Rylan Dye (Hermitage, Pa., Hickory) registered a second-place finish in the high jump Friday at Baldwin Wallace's Harrison Dillard Twilight.

A limited number of Westminster's men's outdoor track and field team competed at the two-day event.

Dye cleared 2.00 meters (6-06.75) on his second attempt.

Junior Jake Mull (Apollo, Pa., Apollo-Ridge) was eighth in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.46 seconds. Freshman Deonte Stallings (Youngstown, Ohio, Austintown-Fitch) finished ninth (15.45).

Up next:
Westminster is scheduled to split its squad next week, participating in Mount Union's Last Chance Wednesday as well as the All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Conference (AARTFC) Championships Wednesday-Thursday at Ursinus.
