NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College women's basketball team, led by 18th-year Head Coach
Rosanne Scott, holds the No. 3 seed entering the 2019-20 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Women's Basketball Championship Tournament quarterfinals starting on Wednesday, February 26. Westminster (19-6, 12-4 PAC) will host sixth-seeded Waynesburg University (8-18, 6-10 PAC) inside Buzz Ridl Gymnasium at 7 p.m.
Westminster swept the regular season series with the Yellow Jackets. The Titans won, 81-69 on the road in the first contest, before winning at home by a score of 76-72 in the second bout.

Senior
Kayla Bennett (Kent, OH / Theodore Roosevelt) currently leads the team and is 12
th in the PAC with 12.4 points per game. Bennett is also third in the conference with a 52% mark from the field. The senior is sixth in the conference with 7.9 rebounds per game and has earned seven double-doubles on the season. Bennett has garnered PAC Player of the Week one time this season. Senior
Emily Fromknecht (Erie, PA / McDowell) is fifth on the team with 8.8 points per game and is fifth in the PAC with a team-high 8.2 rebounds per game. Fromknecht also leads the conference with 73 total blocks (45 more than second-place) and is sixth in the conference with a team-high 3.2 assists per game. Junior
Alazia Greaves (West Sunbury, PA / Moniteau) is second on the team with 10.4 points per game and leads the team with 43 total steals. Greaves has two 25-point games in her last three contests. Sophomore

Natalie Murrio (Pittsburgh, PA / Brentwood) has been a spark off the bench, averaging 5.5 points per game and 2.9 rebounds per contest.
A Look at the Field:
With the league's double-bye format, No. 1 seed Saint Vincent College (19-6, 15-1 PAC) and No. 2 seed Grove City College (23-2, 14-2 PAC) automatically advance to the championship tournament's semifinal round, which will be hosted by Saint Vincent at the Robert S. Carey Student Center on Friday, Feb. 28. Grove City will face off against the Westminster-Waynesburg winner Friday at 5:30 p.m., followed by Saint Vincent hosting the W&J (16-9, 11-5 PAC)-Chatham (15-10, 7-9 PAC) winner in the nightcap at 7:30 p.m.
The start time of Saturday's title game is slated for 5 p.m.
The winner of the PAC's Championship Tournament will receive the league's automatic qualifying bid to this year's Division III Championship Tournament. Forty-three conferences have been granted automatic qualification to this year's 64-team championship. The selected Division III Championship teams as well as the first and second round site selections will be announced Monday, March 2 at 2:30 p.m. (EST) on
ncaa.com. First and second round games are scheduled for Friday-Saturday, March 6-7.
