Titans second in 4x400 at Slippery Rock

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa.--Westminster's men's 4x400-meter relay registered a runner-up finish Thursday at Slippery Rock's John Papa Invitational.

The 4x400 'A' relay finished in second place with a time of 3 minutes, 20.84 seconds. Members of the relay were freshman Zach Kovell (Aliquippa, Pa., Hopewell), junior Dalton Koehler (Chardon, Ohio, Fairport Harding) and freshmen Aaron Dickhart (Aliquippa, Pa., Hopewell) and Aaron Stebick (Butler, Pa., Butler). The 'B' relay, made up of junior Jake Mull (Apollo, Pa., Apollo-Ridge) and freshmen Deonte Stallings (Youngstown, Ohio, Austintown Fitch), Jackson Friday (Bethel Park, Pa., Bethel Park) and Dillon Brunner (Pittsburgh, Pa., Upper Saint Clair), finished fifth (3:35.83).

Mull was third in the 110-meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 14.93 seconds. Mull and junior Isaiah Dale (Claysville, Pa., McGuffey) finished seventh (58.71) and 10th (1:01.17), respectively, in the 400-meter hurdles.

Up next:
Westminster is scheduled to participate in the Penn State Behrend Invitational Saturday. Events will begin at 10:30 a.m.
