Yost earns PAC weekly honor

TRAFFORD, Pa.--Westminster sophomore Reed Yost (Wattsburg, Pa., Seneca) was named a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Men's Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week Tuesday afternoon.

This is Yost's first PAC weekly award of the season. He was named PAC Newcomer of the Week three times during the 2024-25 season.

Yost won the pole vault at Mount Union's Jim Wuske Collegiate Invitational last Saturday, clearing a personal-best 4.68 meters (15-04.25) to win the 11-jumper competition. It is the No. 1 mark in the Mid-Atlantic region and is tied for 30th-best jump in Division III this season.

Westminster is scheduled to participate in Susquehanna's River Hawk Friday Night Showdown. Events will get underway at 3 p.m.
