NEW ORLEANS--The Westminster men's indoor track and field team had four of its members named U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region Friday.

The top eight individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-eight relay teams. The regions used (East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, South, West) match those used during the cross country season.

Junior Jake Mull (Apollo, Pa., Apollo-Ridge), sophomores Rylan Dye (Hermitage, Pa., Hickory) and Reed Yost (Wattsburg, Pa., Seneca), along with freshman Zach Kovell (Aliquippa, Pa., Hopewell), were recognized as All-Mid Atlantic Region selections.

Mull registered the sixth-best time in the 60-meter hurdles in the Mid-Atlantic this year, posting a time of 8.40 seconds at Susquehanna's Friday Night Showdown on Feb. 6. He won the 60 hurdles at the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championships in February with a time of 8.53.

Dye finished with the top mark in the high jump in the Mid-Atlantic this season. At the PAC Championships, Dye jumped a personal-best 2.06 meters (06-09.00) to win his second-straight conference title. Dye was one of five competitors to tie for 14th place after clearing 1.98 meters (6-06) at the Division III Championships last Saturday.

Yost registered the second-best mark in the pole vault in the Mid-Atlantic this year. He cleared 4.75 meters (15-07.00) to win the league title at the PAC Championships.

Kovell recorded the third-best time in the 400 meters in the Mid-Atlantic this season. At the PAC Championships, he posted a runner-up finish with a time of 48.78.
