Yost earns PAC Athlete of the Week award

TRAFFORD, Pa.--Westminster sophomore Reed Yost (Wattsburg, Pa., Seneca) was named Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Field Athlete of the Week Tuesday afternoon.

This is Yost's second PAC weekly award of the season (Feb. 3). He was named PAC Newcomer of the Week three times during the 2024-25 season.

Yost won the pole vault as part of last weekend's WGH PAC Tuneup. Friday at The Vault Shack in Volant, he cleared a career-best 4.70 meters (15-05). It is the No. 1 mark in the Mid-Atlantic region and ranks No. 2 on the program's all-time list.

Up next:
Westminster will compete at the PAC Indoor Championships on Thursday. The Titans were fourth at the 16-event championship a year ago. Events are scheduled to get underway at 10:30 a.m. inside Youngstown State's Watson and Tressel Training Site (WATTS).
