Titans upended at home by Penn State Behrend

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.--The Westminster College men's swimming and diving team suffered a 199-94 non-conference loss to visiting Penn State Behrend Saturday afternoon.

Junior Samuel Duda (Tulsa, Okla., Bishop Kelley) won the 1000 freestyle with a time of 11 minutes, 05.82 seconds and was second in the 200 IM (2:14.69). Senior Paul Kallaur (Bethel Park, Pa., Homeschooled) won the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:04.41.

Freshman Colton Super (Aliquippa, Pa., Central Valley) won the six-dive, 3-meter event with a score of 172.10 and the six-dive, 1 meter event with a score of 174.80.

Junior Dawson Yocum (Flower Mound, Texas, Flower Mound) was second in the 200 freestyle (1:52.95) and the 500 freestyle (5:21.31). Junior Connor Fritz (Canfield, Ohio, Canfield) swam to a second-place finish in the 50 freestyle (23.19).

The 400 freestyle relay closed the meet with a second-place finish (3:32.08). Relay members included Duda, Kallaur, junior Zach Burghgraef (Caledonia, Mich., South Christian) and Yocum.

Westminster opens its Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) schedule on Saturday, Oct. 28 at Washington & Jefferson. The meet will get underway at 1 p.m.
