Duffy, Lampus earn All-PAC honors

GREENVILLE, Pa. -- Westminster College juniors Malia Duffy (Allison Park, Pa. | North Allegheny) and Lauren Lampus (Sarver, Pa. | Freeport) earned All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) honors Tuesday afternoon.

Duffy, a libero, was named a Second Team All-PAC selection. Lampus, an outside hitter, earned Honorable Mention All-PAC.

The league's 11 head coaches determined, by vote, this year's All-PAC teams and annual award winners.

A three-time All-PAC honoree, Duffy captured second team honors for the second-straight year. She finished the season eighth in the league with 507 digs (5.12/s) and added 81 assists and 23 service aces. Duffy registered her 1,000th career dig in a five-set loss to Geneva on October 5 in New Wilmington.

Lampus, a honorable mention pick for the third-straight year, paced Westminster with 219 kills (2.19/s). She finished the season with 307 digs (3.07/s), 28 total blocks and 22 service aces.

First-year defensive specialist Kenna Tatum (Canonsburg, Pa. | Canon-McMillan) was Westminster's PAC Sportsmanship Team designee.
