NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College men's tennis team opened their season at home on Sunday with a 6-3 win over the defending Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) champions Washington & Jefferson.
The Titans won No. 3 through No. 6 singles, led by junior
Logan Mannheimer (South Park, PA / South Park) with a 6-3, 6-0 No. 3 victory over W&J's Derek Bedillion. Mannheimer also partnered with sophomore
Jimmy Oberlin (DuBois, PA / DuBois Area) for an 8-4 win at No. 2 doubles over the Presidents' duo of Sam Bellini and Brenden Head. The Titans also won No. 3 doubles.
Westminster is back on the court, Wednesday, March 24 with a home match versus Geneva starting at 4 p.m.
