Westminster College Athletics Spring 2021 Outdoor Events Spectator Policy

Each Westminster student-athlete outdoor varsity sport participant will be permitted two guests from off campus up to the number of seats/spaces permissible at their respective home contests. The guests must observe the following protocol:

Student-athletes will submit to their head coach their two names for the home events in advance of each contest.
This pass list will be provided to Westminster game management staff who will check guests upon arrival to the sport's venue.
Guests are not permitted to go anywhere else on campus other than the athletic venue.
NO tailgating or congregating in groups in parking lots or at game venues is permitted.
Guests can arrive at the venue no earlier than one hour prior to any home contest.
Anyone attending a home outdoor sport contest must be able to answer NO to all of the following questions to attend:
- Do you have any of these symptoms that are not caused by another condition?
  - Fever or chills – Cough – Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing – Fatigue – Muscle or body aches – headache – Recent loss of taste or smell – Sore throat -Congestion – Nausea or vomiting – Diarrhea
- Within the past 14 days, have you been in close contact with anyone you know who has COVID-19 or COVID-like symptoms?
- Have you had a positive COVID-19 test for active virus in the past 10 days, or are awaiting results of a COVID-19 test?
- Within the past 14 days, has a public health or medical professional told you to self-monitor, self-isolate, or self-quarantine due to concerns about COVID-19 infection?
Guests will sit in specified areas. Game management personnel will assist in identifying areas as needed.
Masks covering the nose and mouth are required at all times.
Social distancing in the seating area and standing areas nearing the field from those from a different household is required.

Students and employees of Westminster College can attend if observing the following protocol:

Anyone with COVID symptoms (see guest questions above) cannot attend, and should report symptoms to the College Wellness Center as per campus guidelines.
Venue attendance limits are capped by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This will mean a different maximum number of spectators at each contest location. The number is subject to change. Game management staff will close venues when this number is reached.

No visiting team or non-Westminster campus community spectators are permitted per Presidents' Athletic Conference regulations.

Westminster and fellow PAC members plan to livestream as many contests as possible. Please continue to check the respective team websites for the latest information regarding scheduling and links to live stats and broadcasts.
