NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected the women's golf team as its Titan Athletes of the Week.
 
Westminster claimed the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship on Saturday. The Titans rallied from being down six strokes entering the day. The PAC Women's Golf Title was Westminster's fourth overall and first since 2012. Titan head coach Matt Torrence was named the PAC Coach of the Year.
 
With the victory, the Titans received the automatic bid to the 2019 NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championships. The 2019 Championships will be contested at Bay Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas over May 14-17.
