NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected women's cross country junior Katie Schrantz (New Castle, PA / Neshannock) as its Titan Athlete of the Week for her performance during the week of September 24.
 
Schrantz won the Washington & Jefferson College Invitational on Friday, running a time of 21.59.30, guiding Westminster to a team title with 35 points. Schrantz has finished in the top-15 in all three events this season, including two top-ten finishes.
 
The Titans are next scheduled to compete in the Oberlin Invitational on Saturday, October 13.
