NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected women's soccer senior Keely Birsic (North Ridgeville, OH / Elyria Catholic)  as its Titan Athlete of the Week.
 
Birsic totaled seven points on three goals and an assist in Westminster's 5-0 win over Thiel last Tuesday. The Senior Night hat trick was the first of her career. The seven points were the most in a match for a Westminster player since Rebecca Bradnam registered seven points in a 9-1 win over Chatham on November 1, 2014. Birsic's nine goals lead the PAC this season, while her 23 points rank second in the league.
 
Westminster is back on the field Wednesday, October 17 on the road at PAC foe Bethany College. Start time is set for 5 p.m.
