LATROBE, Pa. - The Westminster College women's soccer team snapped a season-long, two-match losing streak by prevailing 1-0 at Saint Vincent in Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) action.
The Titans are now 7-7-1 on the season and 3-2 in the PAC. Saint Vincent falls to 4-7-3 overall and 3-2 in league play.
Senior forward Danielle Struble (Curwensville, Pa./Curwensville) scored on an assist from junior defender Tyler Dever (Salt Lake City, Utah/Highland) in the 30th minute. Struble now has seven goals on the season.
Senior goalkeeper Lindsay Moyer (Reading, Pa./Muhlenberg) posted five saves for her second shutout of the season.
Westminster enjoyed a 27-12 shot advantage.
The Titans return to action Wednesday night at 7:30 when they host Geneva.
