NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College women's soccer team held visiting Thiel without a shot for an 8-0 win Wednesday night in Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) action at Harold Burry Stadium.

The Titans (11-2-1, 2-0 PAC) posted 45 shots compared to the Tomcats (0-10-3, 0-4 PAC) with a clean sheet of shot attempts.

Senior forward Christina Adams (Hubbard, Ohio/Hubbard) and sophomore forward Sarah Nee (McMurray, Pa./Peters Township), Westminster's and the PAC's top two leading goal-scorers, each scored a pair of goals as Adams now has 16 on the season and Nee has 14.

Adams also moved into third place at Westminster with her 45th career goal.

Freshman midfielder Samantha Killmeyer (Medina, Ohio/Highland) posted a career-high four assists in the game as her 14 assists this season ranks third all-time at Westminster for assists in a season (the record is 16). Killmeyer assisted on the first three goals of the game, the first was senior defender Jessi Losteter (Jefferson Hills, Pa./Thomas Jefferson) scoring the first of the season, the second was Adams' first goal of the game, and the third was freshman Kelli Michanowicz (Duncansville, Pa./Hollidaysburg) with the first of her career.

Sophomore Danielle Struble (Curwensville, Pa./Curwensville) also scored the first goal of her career for the first tally of the second half after Westminster led 4-0 at the break.

Junior forward Lauren Graeser (Jefferson Hills, Pa./Thomas Jefferson) potted her fourth goal of the season and 13th of her career on the first career assist from junior Lindsey Mellott (Cortland, Ohio/Lakeview), who played goalkeeper the first half and played forward in the waning minutes of regulation.
