LATROBE, Pa. - The Westminster College women's soccer team won its season-high seventh straight match Saturday with a 4-0 road victory over Saint Vincent.
The Titans' balanced scoring attack consisted of goals from sophomore Jessi Losteter (Jefferson Hills, Pa./Thomas Jefferson) in the 20th minute, sophomore Christina Adams (Hubbard, Ohio/Hubbard) in the 40th minute, senior Sarah Calderone (Bethesda, Md./Walter Johnson) in the 46th minute and junior Mallory Bugel (Valencia, Pa./Mars) in the 81st minute.
Bugel and senior Christa Andamasaris (West Farmington, Ohio/Champion) each had two assists in the game.
With her two assists Andamasaris now has eight for the season and 25 for her career moving her into fourth place on the school's all-time women's soccer career assists list.
Bugel's four points in the game gives her 26 on the season, which leads the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC).
Freshman goalkeeper Lindsay Mellott (Cortland, Ohio/Lakeview) gloved six saves to secure her third shutout of the season.
Westminster (9-3-1) returns to PAC action Wednesday for a home encounter with Thiel beginning at 4 p.m.
