NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected softball first-year Krystyna Burdelski (Pittsburgh, PA / Fox Chapel) as its Titan Athlete of the Week.
 
Burdelski went 2-0 with a 1.16 ERA and 1.67 WHIP in a pair of complete games last week for the Titans. She fired a one-hit shutout in Westminster's 9-0 (5 inn.) game two victory over PAC rival Bethany last Thursday. This season, she has logged 12 complete games and a pair of shutouts. She also earned Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Softball Pitcher of the Week honors.
 
The Titans are next scheduled to host Pittsburgh at Greensburg Friday, April 26 in a non-conference doubleheader, starting at 3:30 p.m.
