Westminster hosting softball skills and pitching clinics Feb. 21

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.-- The Westminster College softball program will host its annual Skills and Pitching Clinics on Saturday, Feb. 21 inside Memorial Field House.

The Skills and Pitching Clinics are designed for players of all levels -- beginner, intermediate, advanced -- to get high-level instruction from Westminster coaches and student-athletes to help develop their offensive and defensive games. Skills covered will include fielding, throwing, position play, hitting, bunting and baserunning. The pitching clinic will feature individualized drills that will align with the participant's current skill level.

Registration Information:
Skills Clinic (ages 12-18): 8:30-9 a.m.
Pitching Clinic (beginner, intermediate, advanced): 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
Skills Clinic (ages 6-12): 1-1:30 p.m.
Event Information:
Skills/Prospect Clinic (ages 12-18): 9-11:30 a.m.
Pitching Clinic (beginner, intermediate, advanced): 12-1 p.m.
Skills Clinic (ages 6-12): 1:30-4 p.m.

Cost:
Skills Clinic: $70 per player
Skills Clinic (groups of 10 or more): $50 per player

Skills Clinic plus Pitching Clinic: $90 per player
Pitching Clinic only (beginner, intermediate, advanced): $30 per player

Youth coaches are welcome to sit in or work in with their teams throughout the day.
