NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected senior Jazmyn Rohrer (Purcellville, VA / Woodgrove) as its Titan Athlete of the Week.
 
Rohrer broke the Westminster single season strikeout record with her 173rd strikeout against Bethany College on Saturday. Rohrer finished the week with a 2-1 record, giving up zero earned runs and striking out 26 batters, while also earning her first save of the season. Rohrer has now pitched 47.1 straight innings without giving up an earned run, and boasts a PAC leading 17-2 record. Westminster swept Chatham University on Wednesday, and split with Bethany over the weekend. The Titans' game one win over the Bison tied the school record for consecutive wins at 19.
 
Westminster is back in action Thursday, April 26 at PAC foe Thomas More College for a doubleheader starting at 3 p.m.
