NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected senior Jazmyn Rohrer (Purcellville, VA / Woodgrove) as its Titan Athlete of the Week.
 
Rohrer went 5-0 in six appearances (4 starts) last week for Westminster. She logged 33 1/3 innings and yielded just three runs (3 earned) for a 0.06 earned-run average. The senior fanned a career-high 17 batters in the Titans' 3-2 game one victory last Tuesday. She posted double-digit strikeouts in each of her four starts and finished the week with a combined total of 64 strikeouts to just four walks. Rohrer leads the PAC in ERA (0.80), strikeouts (147) and victories (14) and is second in innings pitched (96.0).
 
Westminster is back in action Wednesday, April 18 on the road for a doubleheader at PAC foe Chatham University. Game one is set for 6:30 p.m.
