NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected men's indoor track & field senior Nick Fiorentino (Franklin, PA / Franklin) as its Titan Athlete of the Week.
 
Fiorentino claimed a pair of top 12 finishes Friday at the Youngstown State Invitational. He was the top NCAA Division III performer in the shot put (43-11.25) and weight throw (46-06.25), posting individual finishes of 11th and 12th, respectively. His efforts in both events are tops in the PAC this season and his performance in the weight throw broke his existing school record in the event. He was also named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Men's Indoor Track and Field – Field Athlete of the Week.
 
The Titans will next compete at the two-day SPIRE Midwest Indoor Open, starting on Friday, January 29.
