WAYNESBURG, Pa. - The Westminster College women's soccer team registered its 11th shutout of the season and remained unbeaten in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) with a 5-0 win at Waynesburg Wednesday.
The Titans improve to 11-3-2 on the season and 4-0 in the PAC, while the Yellow Jackets drop to 7-6-2 and 2-2-1 in the league.
Junior midfielder Christina Adams (Hubbard, Ohio/Hubbard) scored her team-high 10th and 11th goals of the season in the 24th and 49th minutes for Westminster.
Senior defender Brittany McKee (Hubbard, Ohio/Hubbard) scored her third goal of the season on a penalty kick.
Junior defender Jessi Losteter (Jefferson Hills, Pa./Thomas Jefferson) assisted on Adams' second goal and scored her third goal of the season in the 65th minute, while freshman defender Kristin Kajari (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) scored her first career goal in the 88th minute.
Westminster out-shot the Yellow Jackets, 22-2, as neither Titan goalkeeper registered a save.
The Titans return to action at Grove City Saturday beginning at 1 p.m.
