Six named All-PAC

TRAFFORD, Pa.--Six members of the Westminster College men's swimming and diving program were named 2024-25 All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Friday afternoon.

The all-conference swimming and diving teams are determined by a formula-based selection process using student-athletes' individual and relay finishes at the league's annual championships.

Westminster totaled 468 points to finish fourth at this year's PAC Championships.

Three Titans earned First Team All-PAC honors and three were recognized as Honorable Mention All-PAC. Senior Sam Duda (Tulsa, Okla., Bishop Kelley), sophomore Colton Super (Aliquippa, Pa. , Central Valley) and freshman Jack Katigbak (North Canton, Ohio, Lake Center Christian) were First Team All-PAC. Senior Michael Phillips (Saxonburg, Pa., Knoch) and freshmen Avery Bumbach (Ocala, Fla., Forest) and Ethan Schohn (Pittsburgh, Pa., Plum) were Honorable Mention All-PAC.

Senior Patrick Benedict (Pittsburgh, Pa., Upper St. Clair) was recognized as a member of this year's PAC Sportsmanship Team, which was established to recognize student-athletes who have distinguished themselves through demonstrated acts of sportsmanship and ethical behavior and are an ongoing effort to recognize and encourage positive sportsmanship among all PAC teams.

Duda: 200 medley 'A' relay (5th, 1:40.32), 800 free 'A' relay (3rd, 7:19.59), 500 free (1st, 4:47.22), 400 medley 'A' relay (4th, 3:42.48), 400 IM (5th, 4:16.82), 1650 free (1st, 16:48.12), 400 free 'A' relay (5th, 3:19.29).

Super: 1-meter dive (2nd, 343.85), 3-meter dive (2nd, 343.30)

Katigbak: 200 medley 'A' relay (5th, 1:40.32), 50 free (10th, 22.16), 400 medley 'A' relay (4th, 3:42.48), 100 back (2nd, 52.48), 200 free 'A' relay (5th, 1:32.20), 200 back (2nd, 1:56.29), 400 free 'A' relay (5th, 3;19.29).

Honorable Mention:
Phillips: 200 medley 'A' relay (5th, 1:40.32), 800 free 'A' relay (3rd, 7:19.59), 200 IM (13th, 2:06.85), 400 medley 'A' relay (4th, 3:42.48), 400 IM (8th, 4:37.16), 200 free (5th, 1:32.20), 200 breast (6th, 2:17.69).
