The match is scheduled to get underway at 1 p.m. The Department of Athletics and the non-profit Morgan's Message will team up Saturday to bring awareness to behavioral health within the student-athlete community. Morgan's Message amplifies stories, resources, and expertise to confront student-athlete mental health, build a community by and for athletes and provide a platform for advocacy. The organization aims to expand the dialogue on mental health by normalizing conversations, empowering those who suffer in silence, and supporting those who feel alone. The organization honors the life of Morgan Rodgers, a former Duke women's lacrosse player. The teams will take nine seconds of silence to honor Rodgers's memory before the start of the match, standing in solidarity with their fellow student-athletes.
