GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Westminster women's lacrosse team lost, 12-5, on the road against Thiel in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) matchup Wednesday afternoon.

In the second period, Westminster (2-6, 0-4) was able to cut Thiel's (5-3, 3-1 PAC) to one (4-3) after senior
Magen Polczynski (Irwin, PA / Norwin) scored her second goal of the game. However, the Tomcats were able to grow and maintain their lead for the rest of the game.
The Titans were led by Polczynski, who tallied a team-high three goals to go with one assist, the fourth time this season she has recorded three or more goals in a game. Sophomore
Nina Rascona (Somerset, PA / Somerset Area) recorded a goal and an assist.
First-year
Jade Hromanik (Pittsburgh, PA / Shaler) notched a career-high 13 saves in the complete-game effort between the posts.
Westminster returns to action Wednesday, April 20 as it hosts Washington and Jefferson in a conference bout. Start time is to be announced.
