BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Westminster women's lacrosse team lost, 17-4, at Medaille in a non-conference contest Wednesday.
"We're always excited about another opportunity to take the field together and challenge ourselves," said head coach
Bethany Snider. "I think today was not a strong reflection of team play so moving forward we need to continue to work together and communicate all over the field. I think playing consistently and playing hard are what we need to see progress on throughout this season. It's all a learning experience - the wins and the losses!"

Stephanie Cimini (Mars, PA / Mars Area) led the Titans with two goals, to go along with a team-best six draw controls. Senior
Magen Polczynski (Irwin, PA / Norwin) and sophomore
Nina Rascona (Somerset, PA / Somerset Area) each had a goal. Polczynski led Westminster with five ground balls, while Rascona registered a team-high three caused turnovers.
Titan first-year goalkeeper
Jade Hromanik (Pittsburgh, PA / Shaler) gathered in six saves in the loss.
The Titans are back on the field Saturday, March 19 at La Roche at 1 p.m.
