WARREN, Ohio – The defending conference champions Westminster men's golf team shot a 292 Thursday after posting a 293 Wednesday and will take a 21-stroke advantage lead into April's third and final round of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Golf Championship.

Westminster leads the seven-team championship field with a team score of 585 (293-292), the second-lowest 36-hole round in school history. The PAC Fall Championships took place at the Avalon Lakes in Warren.

Westminster junior Jacob Stuckert (Pittsburgh, Pa. | North Hills) is third after recording a career-best one-under 143 (72-71). This year's PAC Championship features a 54-hole stroke play event, with 36 holes contested this fall and another 18 holes in the spring. The final 18 holes of the men's championship are scheduled for Saturday, April 23 at Oglebay Resort's Speidel Golf Club in Wheeling, W.Va. with a round on the Robert Trent Jones, Sr. course. The combined 54-hole team totals will determine PAC team champions and winners of the league's automatic qualifying bids to the 2022 NCAA Division III Championship. The All-PAC teams, as well the PAC Players of the Year and PAC Newcomers of the Year, are determined by the combined 54-hole scores from the PAC's Fall and Spring Championships. The top five individual finishers are named All-PAC First Team, the players finishing sixth through 10th are named All-PAC Second Team, and the players finishing 11th through 15th are named All-PAC Honorable Mention.
