GREENSBURG, Pa. – The Westminster College men's tennis team lost, 7-2, at Saint Vincent College on Friday at the Greensburg Racquet Club.
Titan sophomore
Miguel Ascencio (Venitia, PA / Peters Township) won no. 1 singles over Jon Oskin, 6-1, 6-1. The Westminster duo of freshman
Noah Weiss (South Park, PA / South Park) and sophomore
Alec Rich (Trafford, PA / Penn Trafford) won no. 3 doubles, 8-7, over Josh Boland and Alex DeLuca.
Westminster dropped to 0-7 overall and 0-2 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC), while Saint Vincent improved to 6-1 and 2-0 in the conference.
The Titans will next host Bethany College in PAC action Tuesday, April 2 at 4 p.m.
