NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected senior forward Deontay Scott (Youngstown, OH / East) as its Titan Athlete of the Week.
 
Scott earned his 1,000th career point at Division I Youngstown State University on Tuesday, becoming the 38th Titan ever to reach the milestone. Scott averaged 15.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game during the 1-1 week for the Titans. He also registered a double-double (18 points and 10 rebounds) against YSU.
 
The Titans return to the court tonight for their PAC opener at Chatham University at 8 p.m.
