Connor Mundis

Connor Mundis joined head coach Scott Benzel's staff as an offensive graduate assistant in March 2024. He will serve as tight ends coach.

Mundis earned a bachelor's degree in sports management from Juniata College in 2023, where he was a three-time Centennial Conference Academic honoree.

Most recently, Mundis served as a student intern and a strength and conditioning intern at Juniata in 2023. As a student coach, he took on various roles like recruiting, observed and edited film on Hudl, developed scouting reports, created game-day itineraries and distributed equipment throughout the season. He also drew up run-blocking sheets, created tests for the offensive line, running backs, fullbacks and tight ends and developed PowerPoint presentations with field goal blocking charts.

As a strength and conditioning intern, he put teams through workouts dealing with recovery, weight training, movement and conditioning. He also learned how different lifts and exercises work for different student-athletes and athletic programs.

Mundis was a four-year letter winner as an offensive lineman at Juniata, where he played his first three years in the Centennial Conference and his fourth year in the Landmark Conference. Mundis played and started all 30 games of his collegiate career.

From 2018-20, Mundis served as the offensive and defensive lines coach for Cumberland Valley Youth Football. He assisted the head coach with drills, conditioning and play-calling.

Mundis, a native of Dillsburg, Pa., was a four-year letter winner with the football program at Cumberland Valley High School from 2016-20. He played center under head coach Michael Whitehead, who currently serves as the running backs coach at Dickinson College. Mundis played and started all 21 varsity games as a junior and senior.
