WESTMINS 6 3 6 7 22 Game Recap: Men's Lacrosse | 4/25/2026 10:50:00 PM Westminster men roll in quarterfinal victory NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.--Paced by sophomore Paul DiPasquale's (Woodbine, Md., Glenelg) and freshman Brendan Robinson's (Gainesville, Va., Gainesville) career-high five goal efforts, the Westminster men's lacrosse team used a dominant second half to cruise to a 22-10 victory over Franciscan in the quarterfinal round of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship Tournament Saturday night at the UPMC Sports Complex. Westminster, the No. 4 seed in this year's championship tournament, improved to 12-6 with the win. DiPasquale scored four times in the first half to help Westminster take a 9-7 lead into halftime. The Titans came out hot in the third, doubling up the Barons 6-3 before using a 7-0 fourth quarter to put the game away. Robinson and senior Kyler Nigliazzo (Montgomery, Texas, Magnolia West) finished with six points apiece. Robinson added one assist to his five-goal night while Nigliazzo had three goals and three assists. Sophomore Ethan Kurtz (Hummelstown, Pa., Lower Dauphin) scored two goals and had two assists. Sophomore Jack Steimle (Mount Sinai, N.Y., Mount Sinai) went 17-of-30 from the faceoff X and added nine ground balls. Sophomore Tanner Crosby (Park City, Utah, Park City) had five ground balls and two caused turnovers while senior Shawn Wooles (Hampton, N.H., Winnacunnet) had three ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers. Freshman Adam Teixeira (Sparta, N.J., Sparta) finished with four ground balls. Senior Jorden Tate (Cranberry Township, Pa., Seneca Valley) finished with 11 saves and a pair of ground balls. Up next: The Titans will travel to top-seeded Grove City (11-7) Wednesday for a PAC Championship Tournament semifinal matchup. The opening faceoff from Robert E.
