NORTHBOROUGH, Mass.--The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) named recent Westminster College graduate Felicia Young (Darlington, Pa., Blackhawk) to its Academic Honor Roll, while the program was honored as an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad Wednesday afternoon.

Young was named to the IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll for the first time in her career. Westminster was one of seven Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) programs with Academic Honor Roll selections this year. The IWLCA honored 1,286 student-athletes from 201 different institutions on this year's IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible, student-athletes must be a junior, senior or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic grade-point average (GPA) of 3.50 or greater.

Young, a 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® At-Large selection, graduated on May 10 with a bachelor's degree in sports management and carried a 3.82 cumulative GPA. She has been named to the College's Dean's List twice and the PAC Academic Honor Roll once. Young was named Honorable Mention All-PAC after the 2025 season. She made 18 starts and finished with 50 points on 48 goals and two assists and added 19 ground balls, 10 caused turnovers and 32 draw controls. Young had four game-winning scores this year.

Westminster was named to IWLCA's Academic Honor Squad for the third time in program history (2018, 2023) and is one of five league schools to be named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad. The IWLCA named 383 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA as IWLCA Academic Honor Squads for the 2024-25 academic year. To qualify, the team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.

Led by third-year head coach Bria Braddock, Westminster concluded the 2025 season with a 12-6 overall record, a 6-3 mark in the PAC and advanced to the PAC Championship Tournament semifinals. The 12 victories are second-most in program history.
