WAYNESBURG, Pa.--The Westminster College women's soccer program opened its Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) schedule with a 1-0 victory at Waynesburg University Wednesday evening. Senior Lydia Ohm (Pittsburgh, Pa., North Hills) scored the game-winner off a penalty kick in the 43rd minute.

Westminster snapped a five-match losing streak with the win, improving to 2-5 overall and 1-0 in league play. It was Westminster's eighth-straight win in the series and fourth 1-0 decision in the last six matchups. Waynesburg fell to 4-2-1 overall and 0-1 in conference action.

The goal was Ohm's first of the season and eighth of her career.

Westminster outshot Waynesburg 24-12 and had a 14-8 edge in shots on goal. The Yellow Jackets finished with six corners to just three for the Titans.
