Titans drop PAC match to Wolverines

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.--The Westminster College men's soccer team dropped a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match to Grove City College 2-0 Wednesday afternoon at the UPMC Sports Complex.

Westminster dropped to 3-4-3 overall and 0-3 in PAC play. Grove City improved to 3-2-4 overall and 3-0 in the league. 

Grove City led 1-0 at the half after a goal by Jordan Rebsamen in the 21st minute. Hunter Hardin pushed the Wolverines' lead to 2-0 with a goal in the 68th minute. 

Grove City outshot Westminster 15-11 and finished with a 6-5 edge in shots on goal. Each team had five corner kicks. 

Graduate student Jad Jadallah (Canfield, Ohio, Canfield) made four saves. 

Westminster continues conference play as it will travel to Pittsburgh to take on Chatham University Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
