The Game: Westminster travels to Cameron Stadium Saturday to take on W&J. The Presidents are 15-5 in the last 20 against the Titans, including last season's 17-14 win at Memorial Field inside Harold Burry Stadium. Brice Butler (Farrell, Pa., Farrell) gave the Titans a 7-0 lead with just over a minute remaining in the first half after returning an interception 77 yards for a touchdown. Ryan Gomes (Tampa, Fla., Walter L. Sickles) scored on a 7-yard pass from Ty McGowan (Moon Township, Pa., Moon) with just over a minute left in the game. It was McGowan's first collegiate touchdown pass. Westminster had won four-straight games against W&J before the 2022 loss. The Titans have won the last two meetings at Cameron Stadium: a 23-18 victory in 2021 and a 28-21 win in 2019. Current assistant coach Frank Antuono threw a 2-yard, third quarter touchdown pass to Brayden Thimons to key a 20-0 scoring run in the 2021 win. Fellow assistant Aaron Pierce returned an interception 100 yards for a second quarter touchdown in the 2019 win. Pierce finished the game with four tackles and two interceptions.
