NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster women's soccer team shut out Grove City, 1-0, to remain undefeated in Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play at home Wednesday night.

The Titans improved to 11-1-1 overall, but most importantly 5-0-0 in the conference. Westminster has not given up a goal in PAC play this year, while outscoring its league counterparts, 16-0.

In the 36th minute of the first half, first-year Natalie Vilchek (West Newton, PA / Yough) got knocked down right outside the box, however, got back up and maintained possession and connected with a tap pass to junior Julia Redilla (Cranberry Township, PA / Seneca Valley) who headed the ball in the near upper corner for her team-leading 10th goal of the season. The score proved to be the game-winner.

Titan senior goalkeeper Camille Holzschuh (Youngstown, OH / Boardman) registered her seventh shutout of the season, while gathering in three saves.

Westminster outshot Grove City, 19-11, including 11-3 on-goal. Grove City (6-7-0, 3-2-0 PAC) held a 6-4 advantage in corner kicks.

The Titans are back in action Saturday, Oct. 16 with a road game at Waynesburg starting at 1 p.m.
