FREDONIA, N.Y. - The Westminster College men's soccer team fell in day one of the Fredonia State Blue Devil Classic versus Buffalo State College on Friday by a final score of 4-0.
The Titans fell to 1-2 on the season, while Buffalo State improved to 3-0.
The Bengals jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first half after they scored just five minutes into the contest. Buffalo State scored two more goals in the 20
th and 29
th minutes, respectively, to hold a 3-0 lead going into halftime.
In the second half, the Bengals tallied one more goal to claim the 4-0 victory.

Nick Iregui (Gig Harbor, WA / Charles Wright Academy) led Westminster with a team-high two shots and fired the Titans' only shot on goal. Senior
Ezra Cimino (Brookline, MA / Waldorf) started in net for Westminster and collected six saves in the process.
The Titans return to the pitch tomorrow afternoon when they take on Fredonia State in the second day of the Blue Devil Classic. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
