NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected football junior Joey Lane (Frederick, MD / Oakdale) as its Titan Athlete of the Week.
 
Lane tied a career-high with eight tackles (five solo), one sack (five yards), one tackle for loss (five yards), one forced fumble and a fumble recovery in Westminster's 21-7 victory over Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) foe Geneva College last Saturday. Lane was also named on D3Football.com's Team of the Week.
 
Westminster will host Wesley College in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Clayton Chapman Bowl on Saturday, November 17 at 12 p.m.
