HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Westminster College women's tennis team won, 5-4, over Belhaven University on Wednesday.
The Titans won three singles matches, led by senior
Stephanie Homitz (New Brighton, PA / New Brighton) at number four who won 6-1, 6-2. Westminster also won two doubles matches, led by junior
Gabriele Eaborn (Coraopolis, PA / West Allegheny) and senior
Sydney Sterner (Imperial, PA / West Allegheny) who won at number one.
Westminster improved to 13-2 overall, while Belhaven fell to 7-2.
The Titans conclude their spring break trip on Thursday, March 16 with a match against Asbury (Ky.) at 6:30 p.m.
