HIRAM, Ohio – The Westminster College softball team lost both of its games to Hiram College on the road in a non-conference doubleheader on Saturday. The Terriers sealed both wins after a pair of sixth-inning rallies.

The Titans lost game one, 10-5, and game two, 5-1.

In game one, Westminster took a 4-2 lead in the fourth after first-year Kailey Liverman (Purcellville, VA / Loudoun Valley) doubled home junior Emily Lindsey (Freeport, PA / Freeport) and sophomore Alexa Owrey (New Castle, PA / Shenango). The Titans were up 5-4 going into the bottom of the sixth inning. Hiram (2-10), however, scored six runs in the sixth.
