NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The seventh-seeded Westminster College men's basketball team won its third-straight game after winning 76-63 over 10
th-seeded Washington & Jefferson College at home in a "play-in" game of the 2015-16 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship Tournament Monday night.
Down 3-0, Washington & Jefferson (1-25) went on a 10-0 run to lead 10-3 with 16:30 remaining in the first half. Westminster (9-17) responded with a 17-2 run to take a 20-12 lead with 12:22 left. The Titans took their first double-digit lead (28-18) after freshman

Charlie Wallander (Pittsburgh, PA / Baldwin) made a jumper with 2:17 remaining. The Titans held a 41-28 halftime lead.
The Titans maintained their double-digit lead in the second half and had their largest lead of 21 points when sophomore
Deontay Scott (Youngstown, OH / East) made a layup, extending Westminster's lead to 56-35 with 13:50 remaining.
Four Titans scored in double-figures, led by Wallander with 14 points. Sophomore

Paul Carswell (Painesville, OH / Notre Dame Cathedral Latin) scored 13 points each, while sophomore
Jarret Vrabel (Canfield, OH / Canfield) added 12. Vrabel recorded a double-double as he grabbed down a game- and career-high 19 rebounds, two away from tying fifth all-time in school history for most rebounds in a game. Vrabel added a game- and team-high four assists. Scott and Grant registered eight and six points, respectively. Wallander and Scott earned eight and seven rebounds, respectively.
Westminster will play at second-seeded Grove City College (18-7) in the PAC Quarterfinals Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m.
