BETHANY, W. Va. – The Westminster College men's soccer team lost, 2-1, in overtime at Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) foe Bethany College on Saturday.
The Titans dropped to 5-6-4 overall and 2-2-2 in the PAC, while the Bison improved to 8-7-2 overall and 4-2-0 in the conference.
Bethany's Jose Saldivar scored the game's first goal in the 47
th minute. The Bison led 1-0 at halftime.

Peter Mattocks (Saegertown, PA / Saegertown) tied the game, 1-1, with a goal in the 54
th minute in the second half, his team-leading sixth on the season.
In the first overtime, Saldivar netted his second goal of the game, this time the game-winner, in the 96
th minute. Jack Waters earned the assist.
The Bison out-shot the Titans, 18-12. Both teams had six shots-on-goal. Bethany also had a 7-2 advantage in corner kicks.

AJ Bove (New Stanton, PA / Hempfield Area) earned four saves in 96:29 minutes.
Westminster will next host Washington & Jefferson College on Wednesday, October 26 at 7:30 p.m.
