Women's Soccer: Homestanding 13-2 Waynesburg Team Nips Westminster

WAYNESBURG, Pa. - The Westminster College women's soccer team lost 1-0 at Waynesburg Saturday night. The Titans fall to 4-9-1 overall and 2-3 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC), while the Yellow Jackets improve to 13-2 overall and 4-1 in the PAC.

Waynesburg's Becky Hotek scored the only goal of the game in the 33rd minute on an assist from Taylor Augustine.

The Jackets outshot Westminster 12-7 as Katrina Kelly kept a clean sheet for Waynesburg with six saves and Westminster junior goalkeeper Jenn Cantella (Freedom, Pa./Freedom) gloved two saves.

Westminster hosts Bethany Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
