ERIE, Pa. - The Westminster College women's soccer team lost a nonconference match at Penn State Behrend, 1-0, Saturday to fall to 4-2 on the season. Behrend improves to 4-3.
Glennis Robash scored the game's only goal in the 53rd minute as she beat Westminster sophomore goalkeeper Jenn Cantella (Freedom, Pa./Freedom) with an unassisted goal.
Cantella made two saves. The Lions' Robin Siegenthaler made eight saves for the shutout.
Westminster outshot the Lions, 17-9, with senior forwards Sarah Nee (McMurray, Pa./Peters Township) and Danielle Struble (Curwensville, Pa./Curwensville) combining for eight shots with five and three, respectively.
Westminster hosts John Carroll on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
