NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College women's soccer team lost 2-1 vs. undefeated Thomas More at home Sunday in a closely-contested Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) game.

Westminster (8-4, 1-1 PAC) and Thomas More (10-0, 1-0 PAC) were tied at 1-1 through the first half after sophomore Samantha Killmeyer (Medina, Ohio/Highland) knotted the game for Westminster with an unassisted in the 43rd minute. Deanna Goshdigian gave Thomas More a 1-0 lead with a goal assisted by Lauren Wietmarschen in the 30th minute.

Wietmarschen booted in the game-winner in the 48th minute for Thomas More. Westminster threatened in the end with a flurry of opportunities, but the Saints' goalkeeper Jenna Kramer endured and finished with 10 saves for the game.

Westminster freshman net-minder Jenn Cantella (Freedom, Pa./Freedom) stopped nine shots.

The Saints outshot the Titans, 13-9.

The Titans host Penn State Behrend on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
