Matt Blanchard earned an Associates of Applied Science of Business from Bryant & Stratton College in May 2023 before graduating from Seton Hill University in December 2025 with a bachelor's degree in sports management. He was a pitcher for both institution's baseball teams and was a member of two Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West Championship teams, where he started 14 games on the mound his senior year for the Griffins. Blanchard most recently served as an assistant coach for the Southern Ohio Copperheads in the Great Lakes Collegiate League and is now pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a general management concentration.
